Ingredients
  

  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 400 g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 eggs

Method
 

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Melt the butter and beat in the eggs before pouring into the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well to combine and transfer to a baking tray.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
